- Are there per-call or per-text charges?
- No. Voice minutes, SMS, and insurance verifications are pooled and sized to your volume — one predictable number, no metering, no surprise overages.
- How is my price set?
- By the size of your practice and your appointment volume. Most 1–3 doctor practices land between $2,000 and $5,000 a month. We quote you a flat number after a 20-minute look at your schedule.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No separate setup fee. Onboarding, your custom SOP, and every EHR and insurance integration are part of the subscription.
- How am I billed?
- Quarterly. One invoice, all five agents, everything included.
- What if my volume grows?
- The price scales with appointment volume, and we re-size at renewal — you’re never charged per call as you grow.
- Do I need new phones or hardware?
